UCC is a collaboration of Utah’s coffee industry professionals working to provide greater education, access to resources and career advancement while uniting the community and creating awareness for Utah’s coffee culture.
Goals
Coffee in Utah might be counterintuitive to the rest of the world, but that’s why we’re here, to change that:

Foster coffee culture in Utah by developing coffee-specific events for anyone who is passionate about coffee.

Provide access to educational resources to aid in advancing coffee as a career for all professional capacities in Utah.

Participate in the advancement of coffee statewide and nationally through research, analysis, and discussion of pertinent topics in the industry.

Encourage collaboration between all participating coffee professionals to pursue the sustainable growth of the coffee industry in Utah.
