Missy Greis

Secretary

Missy Greis grew up in Aspen, Colorado in the 1970s and 80s, where an appreciation for community involvement was nurtured. She is the owner of Publik Coffee Roasters, Publik Kitchen & Pubik Ed’s with locations in the Central 9th, Avenues, 9th & 9th and University districts of Salt Lake City. Publik, which is Dutch for “community”, was built with the desire to create great craft coffee in spaces that encourage the community to gather and foster relationships. Her indelible sense of building for a greater good and making a contribution came from her small town roots and its populace of people who strive to make a difference.
